Tandoori Chicken Easy Recipe



Tandoori Chicken 

INGREDIENTS

Chicken with Bones 500gms
Hung Yogurt 7tbsp or 100gms
Mustard oil 2tbsp
Salt 1tbsp
Coriander Powder 1tbsp
Garam Masala(Cajun Spice) 1tbsp
Red Chilly Powder 1tsp
Chat Masala 1tsp
Lemon 1pc
Ginger-Garlic paste 4tbsp
Cream for Garnish
Coriander Chopped for garnish

METHOD:


Mix all the Indian Spices with hung Yogurt, ginger garlic paste and Mustard oil then check salt
Marinate the chicken with the mixture. 
Make the hot plate or Oven hot and grill them nicely to give golden brown color.
Serve Hot with garnish of cream, lemon, chat masala and coriander.

  1. Paneer is usual but I wonder, do we have tandoori soya nuggets as an option for the vegetarians?

  2. Hi, We can definitely do it with soya nuggets, the recipe remains the same just we have have to add soya nuggets after boiling them.
