DAHI KE KABAB Cuisine: Indian Snacks (Vegetarian Delicacy)  Serves: 2 people Ingredients: Hung Curd 200gms (Hang 400gms curd in a strainer or muslin cloth for 4hours) Paneer (Cottage Cheese) 200gms Onion 1pc fine chopped Green Chilly 1pc fine chopped Fresh Coriander Chopped Bread 6pcs Salt to taste Garam masala to taste Red Chilly Powder to taste Vegetable Oil for Frying Method: Mix the Hung Curd with Onion, Green Chilly, Grated Paneer and the Spices Cut the sides of the bread and then make it moist with water Put the mixture in the center and give it a cylindrical shape. BAKED POTATO WITH CHEESE Cuisine: Continental Side Dish or Breakfast Dish (Vegetarian Delicacy)  Serves: 2-3 people Ingredients: Potato Medium Size 4-6pcs Parmesan Cheese 50gms Mozzarella Cheese 50gms Cheese Spread 100gms Salt to taste Black pepper to taste Oregano, Basil, chilly flakes to taste Onion 1pc Capsicum 1pc Bell peppers 1/2pc Tomato 1pc Method: Wash the potatoes and par boil them (half boil) with skin Grate the cheese and chopped the vegetables finely After potatoes are boiled cut them diagonally  Take a mixing bowl and mix all the vegetables, cheese, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, chilly flakes. Take one potato, put the layer of cheese spread and then put the mixture on it. Palak Paneer Easy Recipe

PALAK PANEER Cuisine: Indian Main Course  (Vegetarian Healthy Curry)  Serves: 2-3 people Ingredients: Palak (Spinach) 400gms Paneer (Cottage Cheese) 200gms Onion 1pcs Ginger-Garlic Paste 2tbsp Chopped garlic 2-3 cloves Dry Red Chilly 2-3pcs Salt to taste Coriander Powder 1tbsp Red chilly powder 1/2tbsp Garam Masala 1tbsp Refined Oil 100ml Method: Roughly Chop the Spinach and onion after washing. Saute the mixture in a Kadai. Blend the saute mixture in a mixer grinder adding water, Blend smoothly Take a Kadai (Wok) add 4tbsp Oil, then Ginger and Garlic paste, then all the spices and then the blend paste what we did in step 3.  Cook the curry on low flame and then add Paneer (Cottage Cheese) in the curry and cook for more 5 minutes. BUTTER CHICKEN Cuisine: Indian Main Course Serves: 2-3 people Ingredients: Chicken 200gms Dahi 4tbsp Onion 1pcs Tomato 5pcs Ginger-Garlic Paste 5tbsp Coriander leaves for garnish Salt to taste Coriander Powder 1tbsp Red chilly powder 1/2tbsp Garam Masala 1tbsp Cream 2tbsp Butter 50gms Refined Oil 50ml Method: Marinate the Chicken with Salt, Coriander powder, Red chilly Powder, Garam Masala, Ginger and Garlic Paste, Curd and keep aside for minimum 30min Cut the onion and tomato roughly and saute in a kadai till becomes tender. Blend the saute mixture in a mixer grinder adding water, Blend smoothly Take a Kadai (Wok) add 4tbsp Oil, then the marinated chicken in step1, keep cooking till tender.  Add the blended mixture in the saute chicken and add little water and then cover it for 5min Cook for 5 more minutes on a low flame, add kasoori methi, butter in the gravy,  Serve hot with garnish of Cream, Butter and Coriander. https://goo.gl/YEKsca www.
