DAHI KE KABAB

Cuisine: Indian Snacks
(Vegetarian Delicacy) 
Serves: 2 people

Ingredients:

Hung Curd 200gms (Hang 400gms curd in a strainer or muslin cloth for 4hours)
Paneer (Cottage Cheese) 200gms
Onion 1pc fine chopped
Green Chilly 1pc fine chopped
Fresh Coriander Chopped
Bread 6pcs
Salt to taste
Garam masala to taste
Red Chilly Powder to taste
Vegetable Oil for Frying

Method:

  1. Mix the Hung Curd with Onion, Green Chilly, Grated Paneer and the Spices
  2. Cut the sides of the bread and then make it moist with water
  3. Put the mixture in the center and give it a cylindrical shape.
  4. Keep them in deep freezer for minimum 30min
  5. Heat the oil in a pan and fry them till golden brown
  6. Serve hot
