Chocolate Moose
Ingredients:
Whip Cream 700gms
Chocolate Brick 150gms
Cream 200gms
Strawberry for Garnish
Method:
Beat the whip cream with melted chocolate till fluff.
Then add cream in it and beat again with the beater
Add sugar if requiredThen add cream in it and beat again with the beater
Freeze for minimum 20 minutes before pouring it in glasses for presentation
Garnish it with strawberry
Serve Chilled
