MASALA CHAP INDIAN MAIN COURSE (VEG DELIGHT)

Masala Chap (Main Course) (only brown onion gravy)
Ingredients:
Soya Bean Chaaps, onion, ginger garlic paste, curd,
Method:
Cut the onion in julliens and fry them till turns golden brown, make a paste of the brown onion with water in a blender, Start cooking the brown gravy in a pan by adding ginger-garlic paste and curd, when gravy becomes thick add all the spices then the fried chaps and serve hot with coriander garnish.
